Our approach
Our approach to psychiatry and mental health is integrative and holistic. Personalized treatments are developed to suit each person's lifestyle and strengthen self-awareness and resources for self-care. Integrative psychiatry looks beyond traditional medications and applies additional interventions, such as change in diet and exercise, development of coping skills, addressing vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and adopting healthy ways of taking care of both our minds and our physical bodies.
